High bioavailability: The patented magnesium acetyltaurinate is produced through a special process in which the taurine portion is acetylated. This gives the magnesium a particularly lipophilic structure, allowing it to enter the cells better than other magnesium compounds, including non-acetylated magnesium taurate
Unique feature: In contrast to other types of magnesium, magnesium acetyltaurinate can easily cross the blood-brain barrier and thus reaches a larger proportion of the brain, where it can penetrate neuronal cells
Efficient dosage: Unlike other forms of magnesium, the targeted effect in the brain means that the 45 to 90 mg of elemental magnesium contained in 1 to 2 capsules is sufficient to achieve the desired effect
