In particular, foods such as liver, oily fish, egg, butter, nuts, legumes, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and vegetable oils have high coenzyme Q10 contents. Roughly 95% of the total energy in the body in the form of ATP is obtained via the so-called oxidative phosphorylation in which Q-10 is involved as coenzyme. Especially in the heart, lung and liver, the concentrations of coenzyme Q10 are particularly high because of the high energy requirement.

Ubichinol is the electron-rich form of the coenzyme Q10 (ubichinone). Within the electron transport chain in the organism, ubiquinone is converted to ubiquinol. Both forms play an essential role in the body.

At what time of day should I use the Immune Direct Spray + Q10 optimally?

Vitamin K is a group of fat-soluble vitamins. Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) is an important component of the organism in the transport and utilization of calcium. It activates essential proteins of the calcium metabolism.
