Prepayment

If you select the prepayment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card (currently only possible via PayPal!)

Your credit card will be charged at the time we ship the goods to you.

PayPal

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider, PayPal. In principle, you must already be registered or register first, prove your identity with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception: guest access, if applicable). You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Instant bank transfer

We also offer instant bank transfer. We receive the transfer credit immediately. This speeds up the entire ordering process. All you need is your account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Using Sofort AG's secure payment form, which is not accessible to merchants, instant bank transfer automatically sets up a transfer in your online bank account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant's bank account. Our service is free of charge for you as a customer, only the fees (transfer fee) of your principal bank apply.

If you choose the instant bank transfer payment method, a pre-filled form will open at the end of the order process. This already contains our bank details. In addition, the form already shows the transfer amount and the reason for the transfer. You must now select the country where you have your online bank account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. You will receive confirmation of the transaction immediately afterwards.

In principle, every Internet user can use instant bank transfer as a payment method if they have an enabled online bank account with PIN/TAN facility. Please note that some banks still do not offer instant bank transfer. Shipping

Standard delivery by:

For standard delivery, goods in stock are delivered by DHL.

From an order value of 25 €, shipping within Germany is free of charge. For a lower value of goods, we deliver the ordered goods within Germany by standard delivery for a shipping fee of only 4.95 €. Shipping to Austria 5.90 €, Switzerland and all European countries 12.50 €. The order form on our website will inform you about the exact postage amount.

Delivery will be carried out by DHL:
DHL delivers parcels from Monday to Saturday. If the DHL parcel deliverer does not find anyone, he will leave a notification card.

Transport insurance:
Goods ordered from ZeinPharma are always insured against loss or damage in transit.

Deliveries to DHL parcel centres:
Of course, ZeinPharma also delivers to DHL parcel centres or affiliated DHL post offices. To choose this option, simply enter your parcel centre number and the corresponding post office number or the desired post office branch in the address line when ordering in the shop.
