General terms and conditions

1. Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online-shop.

2. Contractual partners, customer service

The purchase agreement is made with ZeinPharma Germany GmbH. In the legal notice section you will find further information on us. In case of questions, complaints, and claims our customer service is reachable for you from Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm by telephone on +49 (0)615 218 77 80.

3. Code of behaviour

We are committed to the observance of the following codes of behaviour:

Zeinpharma.de is an online-shop certified by “Trusted Shops”. To obtain this certificate, ZeinPharma obligated to observe certain standards.

4. Conclusion of contract

The representation of the products in the online shop is no legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.

By clicking the order button you place a binding offer for the conclusion of a sales contract for the items contained in the online shopping cart.

We confirm receiving and accepting your order by immediately sending you an automated email that summarizes your order.

With this confirmation by e-mail the purchase contract becomes legally effective unless you chose PayPal as method of payment. In this case the contract becomes effective when the advice of payment is confirmed by the payment service provider. If you chose DIRECTeBanking as method of payment, the contract becomes effective when the advice of payment is confirmed by the payment service provider.

A contract can only be valid if the order transaction is concluded with the sending of the order.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be added to the given product prices. Detailed information on the amount of shipping costs is given with the offers.

6. Payment

Payment is effected via advance payment, credit card, direct debit, PayPal, invoice or online bank transfer.

Advance payment In case of advance payment, we name our bank information in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment is received. 

 

  • Credit card Your credit card is debited when the goods are sent to your given address.
  • Direct debit The purchase price will be debited from your account when the goods are sent to your given address.
  • Paypal The invoice amount is paid via PayPal. In general, you have to be registered at PayPal or get registered, legitimate with your log-in data and confirm the advice of payment (an exception could be a guest entry). Further information will be given during order transaction. 
  • Online bank transfer We also offer online bank transfer. This method of payment allows us to receive the credit transfer directly. This speeds up the order transaction. All you need is your bank account number, bank identification code, PIN and TAN.

 

Using the secure Sofort AG payment form, inaccessible to any trader, sofortueberweisung.de automatically and immediately arranges a credit transfer from your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred directly and immediately to the trader's bank account.

For you as a customer our service is free of charge, only the charges of your house bank (transfer charges) have to be paid.

By choosing online bank transfer as method of payment, a pre-completed document opens at the end of the order transaction. This document already contains our bank details. Apart from that, the transfer amount and the reference are shown. You have to choose the country of your online banking account and fill in your bank identification code. Then you fill in the same data you use for your online banking registration (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Directly after entering the TAN, your transaction will be confirmed. In general, every internet user can use online bank transfer as method of payment, provided he has an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN. Please note that some banks don't provide an option for direct bank transfer. 7. Collection by buyer

We only provide delivery of the merchandise. Unfortunately, a collection of the merchandise by the buyer is not possible. 

8. Reservation of title

The goods remain our property until they are fully paid.

9. Transport damages

If goods are delivered with obvious delivery damages, please complain to the shipping agent directly and contact us without delay. The failure to complain to the deliverer or to contact us does not have any effect on your statutory warranty rights. You will, however, help us file our own claims against the carrier or transport assurance.

Revocation terms and conditions

Right of revocation

You may revoke your contractual agreement within 14 days in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the goods are at your disposal before the end of this period - by sending the goods back without stating reasons. The withdrawal period shall begin when the advise has been received in writing, but not however, prior to the receipt of the goods by the recipient (where similar goods are delivered on a recurring basis, then not before receipt of the first part delivery),nor before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information as defined in Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and (2) of the Introductory Statue to the CivilCode (EGBGB) as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the Civil Code (BGB) in connection with article 246 § 3 of the Introductory Statue to the Civil Code (EGBGB).

To observe the time limit, the prompt dispatch of the merchandise or the return request within the set period is sufficient.

Consequences of revocation

In the event of a valid revocation, the payments or goods received by both parties are to be restored and, if necessary, any profit drawn (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are either wholly or partly unable to restore the performance received or emoluments taken (e.g. compensation for use) and can restore them only in an impaired condition, you shall have to pay compensation for the value accordingly. The customer has to compensate us for the deterioration, perishing and the loss of derived benefits, if the benefits or the deterioration or perishing results from a handling of the merchandise that succeeds a reasonable checking of characteristics and functioning. A reasonable checking of characteristics and functioning is a testing of the respective merchandise in a way it would be possible and usual in e.g. a shop. Products suitable to be despatched have to be returned at our expense and risk. Goods not suitable for delivery by parcel will be picked up. Obligations to the refund of payments must be met within 30 days. Your time limit begins with the sending of your revocation or merchandise; ours begins with its receipt.

11. Saving of contract data

We save the text of the sales contract and send the order data and our terms and conditions to you per mail.

You can look at the general terms and conditions and download them at any time also here on this page. Previous orders may be viewed in your customer account as soon as you have signed in.

12. Contractual language

The only language available for the contract conclusion is German.
