What is the difference between vitamin B3, niacin and nicotinamide?

Vitamin B3 is a collective term for a group of B vitamins that are present either as nicotinic acid or as nicotinamide. Niacin is a synonymous term for vitamin B3. The special feature of the nicotinamide form is its better tolerance without side effects such as itching and redness of the skin (flushing effect).

At which time of day should I optimally use vitamin B3?

The use of the capsules is independent of the time of day. So, you can use them when it suits you best. Optimally, however, high-dose vitamin B3 should be used together with a meal.

What is the best way to store the vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) capsules?

You can store the capsules at normal room temperature in a dry environment. As long as they are protected from direct sunlight, you are otherwise free to choose the storage location.
