How do you recognize high quality Omega 3 products?

The valuable and thus the quality-determining fatty acids are EPA and DHA. Many suppliers of fish oil products promote the claim of high omega-3 levels. Often, however, only other, less effective fatty acids, are added in order to give the customer the impression that it is a high-quality product.

During shopping, pay attention to a sufficient to a sufficient high dosage of EPA and DHA, whereby both fatty acids depending on the application (heart or brain), should be in a specific ratio! Conventional drugstore products usually have a much lower dosage into which no attention is paid.
