The Cistus Incanus plant, also known as the gray-haired rockrose, is native to the southern Mediterranean region. It has enjoyed great popularity in traditional herbal medicine for centuries in the form of infusions or herbal teas.
In 1999 the rock rose was chosen as Europe's plant and has been gaining more and more popularity ever since.
For example, rockrose extract in connection with other natural substances in dietary supplements is in increasing demand.
Our Cistus + C capsules contain a highly concentrated extract from cistus, enriched with vitamin C, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and also helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

What is Cistus Incanus suitable for?

Due to the health-promoting active ingredients that the rockrose naturally contains, with the addition of vitamin C it can strengthen the immune system and support a normal function of the immune system.
The extract, in combination with the vitamin C it contains, can help prevent cell damage caused by free radicals. Since free radicals play a major role in the aging process in the body, the extract can prevent premature aging at the cellular level.
The extract provides the body with a large amount of plant-based micronutrients. In order to get the same amount of vegetables and fruits, one would have to eat portion sizes that very few people can eat and digest easily. It is therefore a very good way to supply the micronutrients in a tolerable way.
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water before a meal.
Sensitive people may experience stomach pain or nausea. Allergic reactions to rockrose are also possible. Due to the possibly high polyphenol content, there may be interactions with medication. An interval of at least one hour is advisable.
The vitamin supplements the effect of the rockrose extract sensibly and increases its effectiveness with regard to the traditional immune-boosting properties. Vitamin C contributes to a normal energy metabolism, a normal function of the nervous and immune systems and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C also helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
It is purely vegetable made from cellulose and therefore also suitable for vegetarians.
